The main building from the testing grounds - The factory (fab lab) to be a prototype for
a factory as a starting point at a new colonia - a factory to make unfired bricks to build the town around it. Once the factory has served the building phase, it is to become an empty shell for the first civic building of the new town it has built - the town hall? the pub? the market? the nursery?
Urban strategy for the rest of the colonia:
Decentralised 'site offices' for private developments to become the commercial hubs of future town.
